Terms & Conditions

The terms of our small kitchen.

What you can expect from us, what we ask of you, and what to do if something goes wrong with an order.

1. Who you’re buying from

Beit Nana Limited (England & Wales) operates this site and cooks every order out of a London kitchen. By placing an order you’re agreeing to these terms.

2. Ordering

  • Orders are placed week by week. The cutoff for each delivery slot is shown on the menu and at checkout — once it passes, we can’t fit your order into that cook.
  • We may decline or cancel an order if a dish has sold out, an ingredient hasn’t made it from the supplier, or the delivery address is outside our zone. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
  • You’re responsible for giving us an accurate delivery address and contact phone number.

3. Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe. We never see your card details. All prices include VAT where applicable. (Note: while the site is in waitlist mode there is no live payment — you only leave your email; ordering opens at the soft launch.)

4. Delivery

  • We deliver on the days and time slots shown at checkout. We do our best to arrive inside the slot — if we’re running late, our driver will message the phone on the order.
  • If no-one is at the address, the driver will leave the box in a safe place if it’s reasonable to do so, or take it back and contact you.
  • Once the food has been delivered it’s your responsibility to refrigerate it promptly and reheat it according to the instructions on the box.

5. Refunds & complaints

Because this is freshly-cooked food, normal “14-day return” consumer rights don’t apply (regulation 28(1)(d) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). However:

  • If your food arrives damaged, missing items, or in a condition that isn’t up to standard, email hello@beitnana.co.uk within 24 hours with your order number and a photo if you can. We’ll refund the affected items or the full order, your choice.
  • You can cancel a paid order any time before the cutoff for a full refund — just reply to your order email.

6. Allergens, dietary needs & food safety

We cook in a small kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, sesame, tree nuts, peanuts, soya, fish, crustaceans, celery and mustard. We cannot guarantee any dish is free from traces of these allergens. Each dish lists the declared allergens it contains — please read them carefully, and email us before your first order if you have a serious allergy or intolerance so we can talk through what is and isn’t safe.

We are registered with our local environmental health authority and follow UK food-safety guidance for cook-chill production.

7. Our liability

We don’t exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law says we can’t exclude. Otherwise, our liability to you for any one order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page at the time you placed the order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of England & Wales.
