Hello, I'm Rana.
Persian from my mother. Lebanese from my mother-in-law. Both, generation to generation.
For over thirty years I've been cooking Lebanese, Persian, and everything in between. I was fortunate to learn the Lebanese dishes from my mother-in-law and the Persian ones from my mother — both the techniques and the recipes taught by hand.
After I married, I moved to Lebanon, and it was home for thirty years. Two cuisines, one set of hands, both passed down the way they always had been — by smell, by memory, by heart.
My kitchen has always brought everyone together, daily and for every occasion. Every dish is cooked from scratch with 100% natural ingredients — naturally high in protein, full of flavour, the way food is meant to be.
I'm humbled to share that journey with you. And now, London has a seat at Beit Nana's table.
